drilling a hole to access rear shock mount for adjusting

I plan to drill two holes in my trunk to access my KYB AGX's for adjusting. Does anyone have any suggestions for what to use to plug it up, or exact dimensions of where they drilled and how large in diameter of a circle. Thanks

You can see if a local shop can get you some vinyl to match the color of the trunk plastics. You can cover the hole with that and still have it look decent.
