ANyone know how much these cost and where I should buy it from?

No such thing. They do have color keyed headlight trim that matches the body color, but that's it.

Tinted headlights are still available. They usually run $700 - $750 depending on the exchange rate, as they come only out of Japan.

The headlights that are painted to match cost a LOT, so be prepared.

EDIT: The tinted headlights don't have anything to do with the Action Package, so if the ones you're thinking of are only on '04+ Action Package models, these aren't the same.

Double EDIT: If I remember correctly, the color-keyed headlights are also in the neighborhood of $1600 a set, but do contact me if you're interested, and I'm sure I can work something out ;)

just paint them urself looks a hell of alot better I think if I remember correctly there is something in a can you can just spray on and tint it. Put I painted mine black and they look better than the color keyed ones from toyota I think.

yes, the '03 OEM HID Housings are dark greyish, slightly lighter than the JDM Tinted headlights...

ok yeah that makes since, but for the people who did not want to paint their lights they could buy those as an alternative, anyone have an idea what those run for? i know at partznet.com the 00-02 headlamps are like 190 a piece, then the 03's are like 240ish i wonder if those are the oem hid version one?

They'd fit the car with no problem, but the H7 bulbs would possibly have to be modified to fit. Plus, the projector is tuned to remove yellow and red light, which is what halogen bulbs mostly create, resulting in a darker light than the stock headlight housings. Basically, you'd need a D2S HID kit to use the HID housings properly, and to get decent nighttime vision.

I want some 03-04 housings damn it! I just can't afford to pay $500 for some headlights right now. That is crazy. You guys notice how this car is extremely overpriced and as time goes by you will find that these cars are not well bit and then when crap breaks and you have to replace it the stupidest parts cost like a ****load of money? I mean trunk hatch shocks cost like $200+, CV joint for this car is nearly $200, $500+ for headlights I mean damn.

I wish I had done that when I had my Celica. I ended up doing it with my Z. I also replaced the amber strip with a clear one :).
