I gotta recommend this stuff, I used the wash and then waxed part of my car! Very impressive stuff and the wax was rated number one by consumer reports.

Zymol is ok but Zainos wins hands down.

Personally, I would avoid waxes like Zymol because it is a cleaner wax. Over time I feel it wears down your finish more than it is worth.

Zaino is a line of polymer polishes and sealants. It will last and protect better than any carnuba wax can.

Klasse is a good acrylic protectant you may want to look into as well...

The regular Zymol stuff available in most stores (cleaner wax, liquid paste) isn't really the good stuff. Try and find a container of Zymol Japon (for light colored cars) or Carbon (for dark colors) - about $40 for a small container. THAT stuff kicks ass. I use nothing else. I've heard that the other "Zymol" labeled products are actually marketed by Turtle wax with the Zymol name. I can tell you that Zymol Japon is in a total different league than the Zymol cleaner waxes I've used before on previous cars.

One kooky thing is that you have to keep it refrigerated.

Yeah, if you are talking about Zymol Carbon or Japon thats an entirely different league. Thats detailer quality wax. But I would still definately recommend stripping down the contaminants on your car with dawn and claybar and then polishing and sealing before going to carnuba if you are really serious about it. Its a multistep process though, so if you just want to stick to 1 step waxing then yeah just get a quality wax. Which will cost no less than $30. You get what you pay for when you buy the $3 store brand of Zymol.
