HELP!! Is this a good buy or not?!

All the info is at that link there. It's a JVC face, with mp3 palyer installed. I'm looking to get a cd player/mp3 player that is nice quality, is this a way to go, or do you have other recommendations??

Thats tight looking....I have had friends that bought JVC and they dont seem to last very long. If in fact the player did play mp3's then $250 would be a pretty good price for a JVC. But there are some out there that are a lot better but you would need to fork up a little more cash. You should just fork up and extra $50 and get a Kenwood.

I know several people who have JVC HU's and every one of them has problems, the main thing is with volume control, when they change volume it goes to random levels not up or down one tier. Another has a problem, where it gets robotic after a while when listening to cd's. lots and lots of personal experience with home equipment that is JVC... Frankly wouldn't buy another JVC product again... Not very satisfied with the stuff...
