Rev Problem

[Bravo]

I'm up 101... hitting Lift a couple time cuz some honda was up my @$$. Now when i get to my exit, shift down, stop at a red light and my Tach is going nuts. Usually when I'm out of gear, it sit like around under 1k. But the thing is jump up and down, up and down.

I'm think it could be the VVT-I adjust it self, but i'm a little worried.

Can someone explain this or should I take it in and have it checked.

Most of our cars do that. Mine does it when i drive it fast for a little while, then come to rest. Mine is the GT, so i dunno, i guess its common.
