Rims Jacked!

my friend a while back went to school in boston and where the school was was a bad area..and he had a jeep with phat rims on it and he parked it and the car was stripped and burned.....now i just bought new rims and i was wondering how much the stock rims and tires cost from toyota for the gt the alloys...my dad brought it up to me that my insurance wouldnt cover my rims if they are stolen unless i include them on my insurance...my friend owns a body shop and deals with insurance all the time and he says that the insurance company would rather give me back aftermarket rims instead of buying the ones from toyota becasue usually trhe stock rims are waaaayyyyy overpriced, and the aftermarjket rims are sometimes cheaper....so what im asking is how much the stock rims would be form toyota just incase my rims get jacked like my freind..luckily i live in a good area..i felt bad for him..

i work at a toyota dealership and we just had a set of gt rims stollen $352 each!!!!!!

nope you read right. all 4 were stolen and the car was left on rocks. it was even a nice one with the action package. dont forget the tires too those were $104 each. and to top it off they stole a 4 runner too. i guess they didnt have enough room for the rims and they neeeded a car to load them into.

well what i was asking was basically how much stock rims are..because if i ever got my aftermarket roims stolen they might be chepaer to buy then the stock rims.....and my friend said the insurance company would rasther pay me for my aftermarket rims instead casue they would bve cheaper for them.....

my dad brought up that if my aftermarlket rims arent covered under insurasnce they wont replace them if they are strolen..

as well as gsr, type r, even the gs integra mesh ones, the z24 cavaliers also get their rims jacked alot.
Look at it this way the only car that I am aware of that has a ****ed up bolt pattern like a celica is the vw's. Any others?

believe it or not... someone stole my stock rims ... the 16" gts ones... i'm pissed... and i found the rims at a tire shop.... i'm gettin the bastards back i hope
