Lug nut key cracked

I was tighten up my gorilla lug nuts after I felt that the wheel is a bit shaky. So I went to tighten it up but after I try it with a few lug nuts, the lug nut key cracked or split a inch on top.

Has anyone gorilla lug nut cracked before? Is gorilla lug nut key is any good though?

What were you using to torque the lugs? Just a regular socket wrench?

I suppose that's what you get when your lugs cost about a dollar each. :gap:

yes, the socket wrench that came with the car. I don't know about the quality of the lugs, it came with the rims. I'm just curious now if anyone has problem with the gorilla lug key. I guess, i'll look for a new set of lug nuts, if I see alot of people have problems with it...

hmm, interesting. Did you tighten the lugs after a drive or did you tighten up your lugs when your car was park for a long time?

This is the first i Have heard of people having problems with the Gorilla products. This is interesting.
