Hey all,

i finally found someone who installs the LED's for the annoying stereo, he's offering his services for a price, i want to see who'd be interested. Here are the details:
we live in fredrecton,NB,Canada and all he needs is the faceplate of the stereo. He will provide the LED's or you can give the LED's yourself. HE will begin working on them the same day he recieves it and will send it out the next day. So far, price looks like it will be around $70 american or $50 if you provide the LED's.

I'd do it for the $50 with you providing the LEDs. You'd also have to pay for the retun shipping. I can crank out a stereo conversion in no time.

Jesus Christ that's a lot of money for an hour's work.

People asked me all the time and I told them I would only charge $25 plus the shipping to send it back provided that they bought the LED's.

That's way too much, just do it yourself.

A retard could do it.

No offense.

as for doing it yourself, if you can, please by all means do it . I couldnt myself so i had my friend do it.
you take 25 to do it? then start your own thread, i dont see why you need to advertise on mine....guess people dont trust you.

No offense, but you only have 5 posts and you're calling him not trustworthy with 743? Posts are all we really have to judge any sort of trustworthyness on these boards. It generally means he won't flee the boards in a few day, never to return.

i guess youre right, id didnt look into his number of posts. Well,if he does it for cheaper then by all means, go for him. Im not looking to make any profit out of this, but after my friend did it, he said it was a pain to do and his price for doing it was that. The only reason i posted was becausewhen i wanted to convert mine no one could help me, blue bomber said it was too difficult and sean the LED guy said he'd do it for 100 including the leds...so if you trust that guy, then please go ahead.

Technically yes, I believe its an easy job, but I also thnk working on cars is easy, and I know alot of people who can't change the oil. But $50 is not alot when you consider that I have around $35 of tools for this (3 soldering irons and solder), plus I am experienced at doing this, plus I'm taking a risk at destroying a very expensive part.

So to answer the above question, I take Paypal but only from checking acount transfers (no credit cards) and I only do GT-S radios. I won't do GT radios, the LCD screen is connected in a funky way.

um....jesse, i think you misunderstood.....im the one offering to do the conversion, i dont need one done.
By the way, in case anyone is wondering, i offer the same guarantee that if i mess it up, i will replace it and i work on GT radios as well as GT-S's.
