It was harder than I thought it would be. Soldering those tiiiiiiiiny LED's to that circuit board was crazy. IT's done though and it looks f'ing awesome! I decided to just remove the orange paint from the needles and not repaint them. It turned out really cool. For some reason, the tip of the needle highlights no matter what position it's in. Cool! Here's a few pics. Thanks for the quality stuff Russ, and thanks for giving me confidence to do this guys.

Alright, screw image station. Where can I host these and either imbed them or have them so you can see them from the link?

For some reason, the tip of the needle highlights no matter what position it's in. The light is focused by the base of the needle to travel through it and illuminate the background (which you don't have anymore ;) ). If you pop off the black cover on a needle, you'll see how intricate it is.

Injen,

Thanks!
Evil tried sharpie and didn't like it. There were a couple of other people though that did it and were happy.

That looks good without the needle painted, I might do that with mine.

Used nailpolish remover on a q-tip. Be careful with the needle, seems like it could snap really easily.

Good job. You have the same steering wheel cover as me. :p:
^^And yes the needle snaps easily. mine did into three pieces, and now it looks funny.
