Now would be a good time to find a new place to put TCC.com. It wastaken down late this afternoon. I might have a server but the guy who owns it is not sure how to point more than one website to it so we are looking it up.

all we need is a host right well can;t we use like thouse places that have free hostion and **** all we have to do is open an account and then up load our own site

I have a server to put it on but I got to mess around W/ it to get it to work.
and the site came back up for some reason I guess it was just server problems.

how bout we work out sumthin with the sponsorships to which to me seem more important that the site. is it just me? we have plenty of "sponsors" that have verbally said yea ok lets do it...we need it to be official..i hate thinkin about the damn hyper incident and the crap that was written on ulises window. we need to show that we're serious and we're comin strong..cuz we are!! hey miguel..whatever happened with your friend that was gonna write the contracts. c;mon..we need to start raisin money..frealz. soo many things that we need the money for...lets go and get it...whats up with e-toyotas? josiah or jeff...whats up with toyota usa? joe..u seem to be good friends with road warrior...they interested? i could talk to asaa racing see if they want in... i heard z was cool with it too?? whats goin on...everyone post who they think they can get....please....

Lets do it then. I got a place to put it I just need to get it there.
Then I found a new/better place I can set a server but I need to get 5 or more people to wnat to do it.

The contracts can't be too anal I mean they don't have to give us anything but they are. All we need them to sign for is proof that they agreed to hook us up W/ $x.xx per month to get their Logo on the T-shirt that needs to be finished and banner/link on our website for 6 months to a year term. They will also be recognized at car shows and stuff like that. We can put together new TCC tshirts every 6 months W/ new sponsors on them. I'd say make it look more like an order form or an application for them to fill out and sign than a contract. then put the contract info on the bottom.
Another thing is if I get the application I can drop it on the website for them to D/L and fillout to send to us.

bottom line. how i see it. we're basically a group of friends with the same cars that hang out. That's what i really intended it to be when it first started.
Sponsors- i really don't care about much.
Website- cool if we have it and cool if we don't.

basically as i see it, let's all just pitch in our own money to make our own t-shirts, banners, stickers and show spots.

All this talk of sponsors and stuff is going no where. Let's just be friends and chill... :D

wow Brian, let us know how you feel...jeez. Ok i am in the middle, of course I want to still have a "club" but, it seems that at times some ppl are just not there. I want to have the TCC not the GOF.

That's all great and everything, but as you can see no one is there!!! What have you done? (not to be mean) but really? I told you guys i would get the 50 dollars from my sponsor and i did, but he said who does he write the check to? I said i dunno... lets skip it. maybe next month.

We don't need sponsors and all tha to be a club. Look at team ikon, and dv8, cloud 9, hsra, etc etc etc. I don't see sponsorship on their shirts. they started somewhere. I was just saying lets start it off first with our own money.

Hell, and at that thing you said about lets not call ourselves a car club, I already did. people ask all the time, are you on a team and I say yeah "TCC". Just cause we're friends and we hang out doesn't mean we can't call ourselves a car club. People know us already. My friend in the 300z club calls me up almost every sat. and ask where we are hangin out. just so he can vring his crew. I understand your fustration with everything not going well but it just takes time. We all have lives outside of this club too. time my friend. in due time....

dont come at me sayin stuff like i'm pullin stuff out of my ass. u said u wanted to end it. thats where my post came from. lets just be friends and chill...thats cool with me but that's not what a car club consists of. so in order to be car club..it takes lots of work and co-operation in the beginning. then its an easy ride from there. u think we can just sit around hangin out and become a successful car club. 3 mos isnt enough time for you. if we keep on at this rate..then another three mos will pass and we'll be at the same point. only difference is that some of us will have more stuff on our cars. if thats what everybody wants..then fine .. otherwise..we have to work to make shiet happen for us...as u can see many people have been...i know i havent done much..that is why i said i am also responsible...but when everyone said yea i'm gonna show at ie2, i took it upon myself to pull some strings and get the co-owner to hook us up. if we would have had more cars..i made it possible so that even though it was less than a week before the show, we could have had our own spots together, if we had the money, we could have had our own booth. i also already started workin on the contract. nothin professional but tryin to get basic ideas down on paper. oh yea...everyone was sposed to show at the woodlands car club, we had about 6 or 7 cars that were sposed to go...we ended up showin one..biy did i look like a complete fool. i tell them yea we have huge interest but we only show one car!!
so i have done some work..maybe not much but at least its something. but little somethings here and there along with other people pitchin in a little bit here and there has a great effect. and he could have made the check out to you or josiah or anybody...when the account is ready, then u cash the check and put the 50 bux into the account..or give it to josiah in the meantime since he was the one that was gonna take care of the funds. so le, if you want to be a part of this club, then treat it as a club, dont say **** it.....and if you're wondering if i'm pissed..yes i'm pissed..i'm pissed that after people have worked harder than me...harder than you...u think u have the authority to say u know what guys nevermind...lets sit around and hang out. i'm sure there are more people than just me that fell the same way that i do...shiet there's prolly more people than just you that feel the way you do....but i'm not one of em and i'm done going along with shiet that's not working out. i think there are some changes that need to take place in order to get this done......

Now I know what people were talking about.... All I was agreeing W/ is getting something going first W/O sponsors. After we get into shows, as a group, Then the sponsors will hopefully come to us. Anoter thing we need to agree on is that nobody tells anybody that we have sponsors because we don't.... As I see it until the $$$ is in the account and we have a contract or an application then they have nothing to d W/ us. Reason: When we tell people that we have sponsors when we really don't they check W/ that sponsor to find out and when they get the truth then we look like ass and we lost 2 potential sponsors.
There is no way in hell I'm letting TCC end, because I've worked my ass off in to get something going and then I 'm stuck W/ a useless web domain for 3 years. I'll get the DBA and the account even though I'm dropping my money because I want to see a Legit thing done. I'm going to move the web domain as soon as I can get it done....... Someone was gonna build the site and that was never done so I'm gonna put together something even if it is cheezy HTML.

Okay, like I said at our meet last night....I wil put in my money to to get the site and the account going. We need to have club dues like Dawn said. Something like $10 a month. Big Deal guys! WE can raise money for lodging if we go to other cities, Booths for shows...c'mon. So, lets get goin on all of this. Im going to go to the printing shop today and see about shirts and lanyards, and i hope we all can get some shet done. And i wish you were at our meet last night LE, we discussed alo of important issues that you and Sam should have been at to hear. Lets cut all the bullshet now, and get this club going. For real.

yes, we have different ideas....and yes, we don't always agree.....but if it wasn't for keepin' TCC club goin'....i don't know what it is.......in mixed of all chaos...i still see contribution, involvement, motivation, and lovin' and carrying.......
