Well I got the ball rolling on lemoning my celica. I've decided to lemon my car because it is in the shop for another transmission problem, and it has been in for a week already and still waiting for the parts to come in. My car has had just too many problems that take forever to fix under warranty. I just hope that Toyota grants me the lemon so i can get a new car.

I am in your same boat. I really hate dealing with Toyota Regional or whatever they like to be called. You will need lots of documentation and they will try their best to make you out as an idiot. What are the lemon laws in your state? Keep us updated. They will do everything in their power NOT to give you a new car though.

no not a mis-shift! Just a messed up tranny.

Willis5050- the law in my state says 4 times for the same problem or 30 bussiness days in for work during the warranty period. And now I still haven't gotten my car back it has been a total of 53 days that it has been in for warranty work.
The dealer calle dme the yeaster day and told me that they got my arbitration for my car and told me that they are going to work on it. But I don't know what they are going to do. I plan on talking to them when ever I go pickup the car. So far it seems that they might grant me a lemon. And when they do I'm not getting another Celica I'm want a check.

Let me know how that works out and how much cash they give you (if you don't mind).
