I ordered new rim from a local dealer that I have dealt with in the past before. The first time it worked out great. They came in on time like he said it would. It took two days. I have now ordered new rims. The Alt G-Force in white. The reason I got new rims is cuz I always wanted to get white rims so I sold my other ones to get them. I ordered them last monday and the guy says it will be in on wednseday (03/27/02). I called him and he said it was not in and should be in the next day...well guess what it wasnt. He told me to give it another day....guess again...it didnt show up. His reason was that the shipment got lost and he was trying to track it down. His wharehouse said it was in stock and is only two hours away in KC. How the heck did the truck driver get lost from KC to Des Moines. A deaf, blind guy could find his way from KC to Des Moines. I call him yesterday and he says the rims are located and they arrived, BUT the tires are still lost. Tell me again, How the heck did the driver get lost? How the heck did the truck leave without the tires.......damn...soooo ticked off. You guys think he is messing with me?

How the f*ck does anything get lost in the mail, there's tracking, there's insurance, there's UPS websites, etc.....I think he's giving you a runaround

I questioned it too. I aksed them about the tracking number andhe said it was a freight truck company that runs from KC to Des Moines adn all over the Midwest. I told there had to be another way to find out exactly where it is. How the heck can the rims be in but not the tires when the order was placed at the same time? I shouldnt have to go to KC to get it....its what I ordered....I didnt have to pay shipping so no complaints there.
