Last night, me and my friend Cody were out in his 2000 GT-S. We see this guy named Josh in his Integra LS who claimed he could smoke any Celica in Southern Oregon. That gets me laughing, because I have the fastest Celica in Southern Oregon, and I know I can take him. This guy has intake and exhaust. I am guessing he has internals too, but he denies it. The reason I think he has them, is because he walks GSR's and Type R's. Cody is itching to race this guy. Cody has a custom exhuast setup and a custom homemade intake. Not much to his setup. They raced 3 times.
First Race: About 35MPH roll. Cody let's Josh start first, and then takes off. By the time we hit 65, the LS was back about 2 car lengths.
Second Race: About 45MPH roll. Same as above, but we beat him even more. Damn I love the Celica's top end power.
Third Race: Dead stop in the RAIN. You know what happens in a GT-S in the rain at 6k RPM. For those who don't know, you start spinning uncontrolably. This caused Cody to have to shifet early, and gave the LS an early car lenght lead. But by the time Cody hit 70MPH, he had overtaken him.
This guy now wants to run me when I get my car back. Funny thing about it, is that I have more mods than Cody, and when I get the Celi back I plan on throwing about $3k into the motor.
