View Full Version : Advice On Swapping Out My Cloth Seats for Leather?

I have an '03 GT and I really really like the style of my current seats. They're black and red cloth, and bucket style. But I really really want leather! I absolutely hate the black and red color combination.

What is my best bet? Trying to find someone locally who wants to get rid of their leather? Thanks guys. :)

I suggest www.katzkin.com and get some good leather to replace your current cloth. The stock leather seats are ok, but the leather quality has much to be desired.

How much are the seat covers from Katzkin? And can you install them yourself?

I think they start in the $650 range on up depending on the options and if it is exotic materials. This is for matching front and rear seats. They are not hard to put on, just take your time and read the directions. They also sell a install kit that has hog rings and hog ring pliers.
