wheelmax just needs to update thier website..thier still showing rim and tire package deal that went outa stock like 4 months ago..damn yo i called them up and they were assh*les to me also... so guess they gonna loose alot of business....and please tell us why your mad!!!!

yea..i called up the other day to see if they had any racing hart c2's or c3's in and the guy seemed like he didnt even wannta talk on the phone...they have nice deals goin on but ...they need to work on that friendlyness.....

uhhh...I had a fine time dealing with Wheelmax aside from them being out of stock of lugnuts...that sucked, but no biggie...Sure my stuff was backordered for a couple weeks, but that seems to be the trend now..."Let's backorder stuff so people think it's better, thus making it cooler to have"...that's my logical explanation for the current state of things. Nonetheless, I had a pretty good exp. w/ them and now have this to show for it:

I'm also a satisfied customer from wheelmax...altough they sent 16 lugnuts instead of 20...assuming I already had wheel locks....

i picked mine up, chris from miami took me there, when i was on my way to a training...rod from wheelmax, was a god, really nice guy.....i really wish i could say something bad, but i cant....(well the son of the owner was a really sob, and what not)but who cares right

They were *******s every time I called. They really didn't listen to me. When I called to tell them they only sent me 16 lugs, he started ringing me up another set of rims! Then they started giving me crap about the lugs. They were an XMas present for me so obviously I didn't get to open em till I got home and it was Xmas. They weren't going to send me the 4 lugs because it was after the 3 days of delivery that you have to check the shipment by. I complained that I didn't know that till I opened the package and she argued with me that I should have assumed that policy! I asked her if I should have assumed them to be pricks and she gave me back to my salemen who sent them out.

Nothing but a group of people who think they know everything about rims and really could care less about who it is on the other end of the phone.
