I ordered rims from them a week ago, got them on time. But, they only sent me 16 lugnuts. I asked for 4 more and got them. But, 3 of the lug nuts don't fit the wheel lock key that they gave me. I call them at customer service and some girl picks up and I explain to her what the problem is. Shes like " Uh I don't understand what your talking about." So she gives me her boss, then he just directs me to the ordering line, then he just tells me to call customer service again!!!! Now they won't pick up the phone!!!!!!!!! ****!!! What the **** is there not to understand!!!!

Well i like them... Maybe they do have poor customer service BUT if you ask for 5% off they give it to you!!!

Just say you saw there ad on Celica.net and they will give you 5% off. That saved me 75 Bucks on my Z5000's LOL I love them for that.

someone told me taht wheelmax means for you to purchase 4 other wheel locks when you get the rims. idunno about that... but then having 2 different wheellocks means better protection
