View Full Version : Installing my Head Unit....finally, but gotta ?

.....as you all may know the GTS head unit (dont know if same applies for the GT) has 2 leads for the antenna, I guess one going to the rear window and one to the mast. My new head unit, and I think most aftermarket ones, has only 1 antenna jack.

My question is: do I splice the OEM antenna leads into one or do I just leave the little OEM antenna plug disconnected and connect the main big one to the HU?

Input would be appreciated.....

I just left the little one disconnected. I don't have a problem at all with reception.
