View Full Version : GOT SCAMMED AGAIN! need info regarding MO

I sent a MO of 300 to this due for front bumper . This dude wont respond to my emails and my IMs. I contact the USPS because i sent a USPS money order. MY question is that is it possible for me to get my money back and how are they gonna resolve this problem.

first woudl be to go to buyer/seller feedback and give a descriptive post about what happenend, then if u want to take legal measures contact the state prosecutor and tell him ur story.

Go to the Post Office and see if it has been cashed. If it hasn't , then cancel it. If it has been cashed and you didn't get your stuff, then go after him. You have his real name and address, so its just a matter of contacting the proper authorities.

Check to see if it has been cashed or not. You can get your money back from USPS if it hasn't been cashed yet.

But if it has been cashed and he didn't send anything out, then that's mail fraud. Go get him!

Did the usps say if he cashed it or not?? if no then cancel it.. If he did contact the local authorities. Did you use ebay or somthing to buy it??
