I just got my progress springs installed about a month ago. I was wondering what I should do next? Do I need a camber kit for the rear tires? Do I need cambers for the front tires? What should I do? Thnx for your help.
Peace.

Just take it to a good alignment shop and get them to fix your camber. You shouldnt need a camber kit.

Yah, make sure you get your alignment. No need for camber kit... the front is FULLY adjustable. The rear is less adjustable, but its enough. I had my ground control on their lowest settings on all 4 corners, and had the car aligned like that. The back cambered slightly, even after the alignment... but the front was fine. You're gonna need shocks pretty soon, depending on the drop.
now go hit Angeles Crest and the Ortega Hwy!!!

Sorry bud but you got it all wrong. The fronts are not adjustable, only through camber plates and crash bolts. If you are looking to get them within spec, the design of the front suspension doesn't allow for too much camber change so it should be fine. The rear however is fully adjustable and any reputable alignment shop should be able to get this within spec. So the only money you need to spend is for labor. No parts needed.

I've lowered my car, the front was cambering pretty bad..so i took it in to "Big O Tires" and they eliminated the camber... They didnt have to add any camber kit. The back is not fully adjustable. If the car is maxed in the back, then without a camber kit, the backs will still be cambered. Same thing happened with my friends celica... he also has ground control. I might be wrong... but i'm just talking from my experience.

remember, you don't necessarily wan't to eliminate all the camber...-2 deg front and -1.5 rear is pretty performance-oriented, but not so much as to really affect tire wear.

Not sure, but it's likely something with such a wide tolerance that it's not too meaningful...maybe -0.5 +/- 0.5?

I'm definately not an expert on the subject and am looking to lower my car as well. According to Hotchkis Tuning lowering the car causes too much negative camber in the rear and they have their rear camber links to compensate. Are the stock links unable to compensate when the car is lowered. I don't race I'm more into the drop for the look but don't want to wreck the alignment and buy tires ever other month - so what to do?
