the trd widebody you are talking about is actually the apr gt300 widebody. trd made a supercharged celica gt using this kit..im pretty sure this is what you are talking about.
the apr gt300 kit can be found a lot of places, just to name a few:
www.intensepower.com
www.everythingcelica.com
www.autosportz.com
there's not a lot of options for the celica as far as widebody is concerned. the apr kit, ground designs 2000 offers their black widow II kit with fender flares, and theres the poison kit..which is pretty much the black widow II kit. there's also the i-designs/fastsinations widebody kit of which production is a HUGE hassle. i just received mine in last week after waiting nearly a year..and as far as i know i am only 1 of 6 people who have this kit. i don't even know if i want to put it on though, i've sinced changed my car's direction and may not go widebody

Someone on e-celica with the action package molded BRS flares onto their Celica. Looked pretty damn mean. Car was painted a deep burgundy color.

Oh yeah Evil , that car is sooo sick looking , after seeing that car I knew I wanted the flares, just doubt its going to work with a veilside kit as good.... Prolly wont do it, dont want to deal with molding

Don't put a VIELSIDE kit on your car.

i personally hated the veilside kit...until my buddy bought a celica that was kitted with one. now i love it...pictures don't do the kit justice.
of course it probably helps that it has eval new orleans cf front splitter and rear filler

$1,500 SHIPPED. as i already said i just got it in last week so it's brand new. it's fiberglass though, not urethane (all other widebody kits are currently fiberglass as well). fastsinations offers it for $1,700 not shipped. i-designs offers it for $1,800 not shipped...plus just getting the dumb thing is the main hassle. i'm the only person who didn't have their hands in the making of the kit to receive one so far..although i think there are 3 or 4 others sheduled to receive theirs in the next few weeks, if there are no delays anyway.
i just don't think i'm going widebody, i'm going more for 'go' instead of 'show'. haha and reason #2 is i just don't think i can afford to do what i want to do with it. having a total repaint (the kit replaces practically everything but the doors & roof. contains 2 complete front fenders, sides, front, rear, and 2 rear fender flares) not to mention the wide wheels that you'll need to put on it.
i'm going to take a slight loss on the kit because there is 1 minor imperfetion on the front bumper that i am not happy about. i have pics of everything if you want me to e-mail them.
this thread is getting off topic though. PM me instead if u want
