View Full Version : What can I use to clean the inside of my headlights?

Topic says it all... what have some of you used to clean your headlights before painting them???

you shouldnt really need to clean it unless youve had some sort of fogging. but in that case, id just use some soapy water and a good rinse.

dont clean the inside of them all the spots are on the outside

exactly, besides , the part you paint should be nice and clean anyways , no way it could dirty

You can get some hazing on the inside after a while. I know my friend's Supra did. Just use some plastic polish and elbow grease and that will remove all the haze.

I used some sort of rubbing compound on mine and then buffed it out , also wet sanded as well, basically lots of elbow grease.
