Whats the power rating on the amps? How much juice can they handle? Rms and/or peak? What ohms are the voice coils , are they single or double?

Hmm , I'll be perfectly honest with you , I am very bias towards memphis , always have been since I bought their first amp. Its a lil pricey but I think a Memphis 500 rms amp would do the trick . I have never had any problem with their amps, as far as quality , durability , reliability , overheating/clipping , none what so ever. The power would be enough to push two of those yet would never be too much to cause you to blow the speakers. Just my advice.

You looking for quality or quantity? For quality names such as Phoenix Gold (older stuff), Brax, Helix, Sinfoni:drool: ,Arc Audio, McIntosh, and Butler come to mind. For quantity or just slamming the crap out of them, just about any good name brand amp will do!!! A memphis class D amp comes to mind or a Harrison Labs.

get a PG amp. my dads friend runs their home department. its very very good stuff. go with an Octane-R amp. theres a few different power ratings and i think the 1500W one is down to 400 bucks.

If your running 2 10's JL Audio W3. Which would be around
600 watts. You should buy the Fosgate Power Class Amp.
They have one made for the JL Audio W3's.
That's what I'm using. The bass hits hard and solid. I have to
turn the bass on the HU down to -5 and low on the eq on the
amp. If I didn't, I'll be deaf for an hour or so. And that's using
8gauge wiring.

Well, let's start an argument. :) Technically, amps don't have a sound to them. Power is power is power. If you can find an amp to fit your needs, that you know is clean (not noisy with things like pops and other crap), then go for it. I use some badass amps in my car because I can get them cheaper than at a garage sale. But when I install stuff into boats (40+ foot boats), I go cheap (and yes, the customer is aware of this). I use Profile amps. They look super cheesy (blue with a stupid LED light bar), but they have the power the need, they are reliable, and they don't have noise issues.
Look in the paper, or online, and find an amp that is visually appealing to you, is on sale (helps the cash area), and has the power you need. DO NOT GET AN AMP BASED ON MAX POWER. The MAX power rating is based on when lightning strikes the amp and pigs fly. Buy the amp based on the RMS rating at the correct -ohm load for your sub(s), and based on the RMS wattage on the sub(s).
Now, you have three subs listed, two 10W3's and a 10w0. I would suggest selling the 10w0, and either getting another 10w3, or using it towards other stuff. The 10w0 is pale compared to the 10w3's. And if you do decide to use all three of them, put them is different boxes.

Turn the amp gain down. You should keep the signal from the headunit as normal as possible (no gain, no cutting), and adjust it from the gain on the amp.

True, BUT the ratings are not the same!!! 50x2 at 1% THD is not the same as 50x2 at 0.001%THD. Added that some amps are underrated/ have plenty of headroom and there is the cost difference; not to mention build quality. Being ALL things equal, amps do not sound different. If anyone thinks they do, Richard Clark has a nice little A/B test for you!!! :)
