Toyota Keiko?

Does anyone know or seen what I'm talking about? Today me and the girl were coming home and I got behind what looked like a 6th gen Celica. Well, while sitting in the turn lane, I got up close enough and saw a "Keiko" badge on there. I don't know if this was a type of model of in Japan, or what, but from what I could tell it was a celica (after turning, passed it and looked at it closely), and I doubt the owner badged it (~40 yr old woman, unless a previous owner did). But yeah, looked exactly like a 6th gen celica. Just wondering since I couldn't pull anything up on google.
I dunno, just call me curious.
