I used to own a Civic back in 1997, then it turned into a rice trend, so I bought a Mazda....anyway, last night I am driving the Celica and saw about 5 of them at different times and locations with those blue washer nozzles, and other crap waste of money gadgets. I hope the Celica doesnt become too popular with this growing business trend. I might have to sell if this gets any worse. We need engine mods, not blue washer nozzles (granted they are probably universal) but you know whenever most of you see a Civic you think (like me) what a poseur hop on the bandwagon....I want different, and it seems that Celicas are next on the list. In which event, I will buy a Mustang Cobra, which you will never see blue washer nozzles on.

On defence of the celica ... there are really not that many around.
But on the other note we gotta take the bad with the good ... say one day all these teeney boppers (trl dorks) Think its the hip thing to get a celica, and rice it out , that means there is more a maket for our car ... because they are the popular car and companies know that they will sell there product.
What you can do is search on the net for this thing called a rice citation "rice cop ticket" ... and write em up and leave it under there winshield wiper blade. Its hilarious seeing them pick it up and read it LMAO.
If anyone knows what im takin about please post it ... ill search my import car CD-RW for it.

I havent seen any ricey celicas around where I live. Mostly theyre stock. I don't think we will see too many ricey celicas, although there will be a few if you take into account some peoples bad taste. On the plus side tho, most of the rice cars I see are older pieces of crap, since most (not all tho) ricers cant afford a new car, from my experience it is usually older less expensive cars, (hence the riced out civics, early model integras/eclipses)
Not to make too much of a blanket statement, but most of the newer cars ive seen, celicas, wrx, rsx, and later model integras are pretty clean around here.
hopefully it will stay that way.
