when a company bills your credit card, does this mean that they have already shiped the product? i ordered 2 things from different places on the same day last month. they both billed my credit card and i have only received one of the items.

Yeah, once your order leaves their hands, they charge your credit from my experience... Unless it's a shady company...

i ordered a tanabe front strut bar from the sponser TITAN mortorsports. youd think it would be here by now cause i only live an hour and a half away from them. its been almost 3 weeks since they billed it

Hahah, that has to be on backorder, it took over 2 months for mine to get to me... Try Options Auto Saloon...

Some companies will bill you then order the part and have it drop shipped. If the part is in their stock, then they will bill you when it gets shipped out. Depends on the company.

yea. i contacted them about it and they said it was on back order and it was coming in in a few days.
