just got my brembo big brake kit last week, and they won't fit with my ro_ja wheels:( so yeah, i was a little dissappointed going to the battle of the imports without my brakes.

so to make a long story short, i'm looking for another light weight wheel that'll accomodate my bbk and try to sell the rojas.

post away.

I'm guessing it doesn't fit your Roja's because of there offset and width. What are the specs of your current rims?

BTW, your car looks amazing. What color is that?

man thats rough. them things are a lot bigger in person. there so expensive but a great mod performance and appearance wise.

they're 18 inch roja formula five with a 42mm offset, i need a wheel that has more distance between the spoke to the hub so it'll sit out about a half inch further. with that said, i'd also like to keep the wheels sitting within the fender, not sitting flush with the side of the car or out any due to the fact that i'm running on tanabe df210 springs and kyb agx struts, i'd hate to have my wheels scuff the fenders on bad bumps. btw, the color is royal sapphire pearl with gunmetal trim.

do you think a 1/2" wheel spacer would help? i wouldnt recommend going with a 1" spacer because of reliability issues not to mention you'd prob want to get fender flares after that..but 1/2" spacers are so far 100% reliable with cars as light as our celicas (havnt heard of one cracking yet) and would probably give you clearance for the brembos.

if not...i know a person who would love to take those wheels off of your hands :)

i'd be interested in selling them, i've got a new set of pirelli pzero nero m+s tires that are 225/40/18, i'm too scurred to buy spacers because i'm worried that the tires will rub the fenders and i'm going to rebuild my internals and install a c2 turbo this summer, so spacers are out of the question.

im running Work emotion cr kai's 17x8 w/ +32 offset and there is tons of room for a big brake kit...just expect to wait a long time since our lug pattern isnt so popular...:(...i waited four months for my wheels to arrive...

I wouldn't waste my money on a cheap set of Velox wheels, just trust me on that one.

i have the same springs as you with a pretty good offset, and iam no where near rubbing my fenders. keep your rims and get some spacers.

yeah, i'm going to check with tires and parts in raleigh about getting spacers, hopefully they'll work, if not hope they don't charge restocking fees.

Damn good looking car narcolepsy12345. I love the hood scoop. What kind is it?

So did you get any points for displaying the brakes in the trunk?

I was told that Tater makes good looking scoops, but when I asked how to get in contact with him, I never got an answer.
Can you tell me how to contact him? Or where to get an sport M scoop.

I bought a BRS hood from qt1ncelica and it didn't come with the BRS hood scoop. So I bought a raised scoop from her and it came broken. She said I should have checked it when it was delivered. So I need a new scoop. Can you help me? I really like the one you have.
Looks like the BRS scoop I thought I would get with my hood.

tater doesn't make any parts for the celica's anymore, the closest thing to the sport m hoodscoop is the 2005 toyota celica hoodscoop, it came on the new action package, i'll check with our body shop tomorrow maybe, if not monday on the price for it.

I really like the bomex front but I wanna use a rear and sideskirts from another kit.

Anyone have nice pics of a bomex front only parts from another kit?

Thanks narcolepsy,
I was thinking about the 05 scoop, but I still don't know if I want to paint my hood or go with unpainted CF.

Thank you very much Speed4TheNeed,
That would be great if you could do that. Maybe he will help me. You never know.
If not, Kenny said he might start making CF parts for us because of his new job. We'll see.

Thanks again for any help.
