Dyno Tuning the PFC

Okay im going to put my car on the dyno this week to try and tune it. What is the best way to fill up all the cells and get accurate readings? What should i have the a/f at for the loads that arent full throttle?

The best way to fill up the cells is do constant throttle runs with different gears and throttle positions. You will fill up about 2 rows each run. If you mash the throttle then let up on it trying to fill the cells you will end up with cells that have acceleration enrichment and deceleration (injectors off).
