I just recieved my new wing and it doesnt line up properly. I know I need to fill the existing holes, redrill pilot holes, and thread them...but what type of material should I use for filler? Is 'bondo' strong enough to fill the holes and possibly be redrilled? Or should I just mix up epoxy and hardner and fill them with that?
Any guidance is appreciated.

Fill the hole with resin and make it smooth with body filler. But the best way to do it is weld a piece of metal in its place that is what i did for my anttena (sp?)

i did that on my eclipse and i welded the holes shut if you bondo and drill the holes on or near the filler it will crack. so weld the holes shut drill the new holes and then use bondo to smooth out the area

Yeah definatly weld them shut or over time it could probably crack or sink and be noticable.
