i was excited even though that picture was about a yr out of date...here are some newer ones, but dont include the TRM exhaust or the TRD wheel arch kit...sorry for the HUGE images....

i actually dont remember, i already talked to him, i think i bought it online somewhere, and it came with the small TRD stickers i still have on my rear side windows, but its been awhile, so i cant remember exaclty where or who i got it from (i now just have a red banner, not the TRD sticker anymore)...i'm sure someone on nc.org can hook him up, and i know sites on the internet have them for sale, just have to poke around, thanks, tim
