That looks good, but it looks possibly from the curve of that reflection that the screen is a CRT... NOT an LCD. Can anyone confirm which it is?

I've got my piece now in the UK and I'm dead happy with it. Fitted a 3rd party 5.6" screen that only cost me

aww man i want one of the japanese consoles real bad... ive been thinking about it since it first showed up on the board.... does anyone know how much it would cost to have a shop do it for you? im just learning how to fiberglass now, but im not sure that glass would make a very good dash....

I'm getting mine pretty soon. I have the LCD screen waiting to fit inside of it. I'll post pics when I have everything completed.

it is an LCD... it uses mercury within the housing to perform its "touch" functions... i got to play with one today at the dealership cause some idiot decided to close the front of the unit with his hand instead of with the close button (3800 mistake)...

its 1175 option on the matrix GTS LAID I test drove one this weekend. XRS 6 Speed with nav 17's and boby kit. Only 22000 sticker with the nav system. No sunroof though.

hey i didnt know that they even offered the gt in japan....also what is thatbguage for..i cant read it...

and i always thouhgt that all japanese car's guages were in japanese cause i saw that in scc maghazine that thye sell they japanese guages for soem hondas and the numbers and everything are in japoanese...

oh yeah can somebody tell me how the hell you read the turbo guages that say 0 th go to 0.05 then to .5 then to 1.0 and then to 1.25 and so on...my friedns WRX has one and i cant tell how to read it...im pretty sure the WRX has more than 1.5 LBS of boost..

It's in bars, not pounds. That's why the number value is so much lower.

Maybe they haven't got a turbo at all, and it's atmospheric pressure. Like a little barometer to tell the driver if the weather will change much on the next 24 hours. :)

deng... i see a screen about that size on someone from teamunison but i dont think he had as many buttons/options as this japanese version does...
