technical question

I have some lights flashing on my dash (cruise, abs, and airbag) and my idle is f'd up. The dealer said I had a short in my IP Junction box (instrument panel junction box) and wanted 700$ parts and labor.

My question is where on the car is this junction box so I can see what they are replacing and to see if there really is a short there?

Any help would be extremely apperciated, thanks

The junction box is on the right side of the center console. Pop of the perforated look piece of plastic to get to the fuse panel, and remove the plastic trim around the bottom center of the dash to get to the rest of it.

thanks BB, btw...do you know a site that I can get one of the junction boxes online...dealer said parts were 475
