Im looking to buy those h3 yellow ions bulbs for my fogs any recommendation which brand i should buy?thanks

Keep your stock bulbs and get these instead:
Lexus yellow capsules (near bottom of page) (http://www.hidtech.com/retros.html#retroprices)

Most aftermarket bulbs will blow out rather quickly unlike the stock bulbs, and cost more, so you'd just be wasting more and more money over time.
