hey larry, i was j/w if it would be possible to put a chatroom on the site....a lot of the people on this board are pretty close and instead of talking back and forth on forums, it might be cool to have a chatroom to talk in....some other car clubs have this as well. o well just an idea....

not personally on the site as I dont know anything about chat rooms other then they are a big security risk for being hacked.. but if someone else wants to host one Id be glad to put up a link to it

first i thought chatrooms were good to have, but i think it detracts from the knowledge base since as soon as you hit the coveted X in the top right its all over... all the info is wiped... at least this way its all kept in a semi-safe place for archival.

well i dont by any means say that to replace the forums, im just saying in addition to them, it might be cool to have a chat room for people who are on the same time....i think there's places all around the web that give free chat rooms, that might be a really cool thing to look into, and i think everyone would enjoy it...just my .02
