For example, how do you know for sure that the endlinks and 100% correct and the sways are 100% parallel to the ground?

Interesting LOL, nobody knows huh? I mean technically it is self explanatory but I want to know how you know they that they are in perfect alignment after chaning a few suspension components, dropping the car, adding new end links etc. Basically, how do you know how to adjust the endlinks so that the sways are where they need to be?

Your best bet is to remove the endlinks and adjust the suspension either to be 100% level or by corner weighting the car. Then you would need to drive the car onto an alignment rack where you can lift the car with the wheels still on the ground. At that point, you can install the endlinks and see if they will install without preloading the bars. If you have adjustable endlinks, you can set the bar where you want it and adjust endlink lengths relative side to side to make sure there is no preload.

Crap!!! Ok so what do you do if you don't have access to a alignment lift? I mean I guess we could pay somebody but I bet you money that whoever installs them is not going to go to that kind of trouble to make sure everything is correct. They will jst stick them on there and be like, "that is $600 sir!"

Try to get your car's wheels up on cinder blocks somehow so you can stick your head underneath to check the sways and endlinks.

My suggestion:
Go by your local Just Tires or similar type place. Talk to one of the guys working there. Explain what you want to do and they probably will either do it on the side after hours or do it for an hourly charge. Most of those guys are pretty cool. You can remove the endlinks yourself and set the suspension. Then the only trick is having the endlinks put back on. I have a friend who works at Just Tires so I don't have a problem. I do most of the work on my car in there after hours. Having a lift =
