Okay.. Other than the price, What is so different between Xenodepot and McCulloch HID kits? I'm sure the new McColluch ballasts are just as good as their more expensive counterpart. Help me out here... I just can't justify shelling out $500+ over $300.

i think the quality and the output. the xenon hid kit has philips bulbs and ballasts which are the best and the light output is really bright on there 4300kit, i have the mcculloch hid 6000k kit it's ok for 300 the light output could be better but it's still bright, and the shade of blue and purple looks awesome. some people complain of train tracks but i dont have that problem with my HID's, overall i'm happy i would just like more light output.

my mccullochs are really dim for hid's. i got the 5300 set and im not satisifed with the output. i say shell out the extra cash because youll be happier in the end. i wish i did.

really? i have the mcculloch 6000K and they're sweet! makes my mtech fog lights look dim and yellowish in comparison! when i'm driving @ night and turn on the high beams there's no difference @ all!

That's because mtech's aren't bright...

XenonDepot's Philips-based HIDs (not their Xtreme HIDs) are some of the best you can get besides yanking OEM ones from another car. McCulloch's quality is much lower, as well as its light output. I think they were the company that also made green HIDs, so that right there should tell you something about their company. really? i have the mcculloch 6000K and they're sweet! makes my mtech fog lights look dim and yellowish in comparison! when i'm driving @ night and turn on the high beams there's no difference @ all!
