my suspension squeeking?

sometimes i hear a little squeek when i come to a stop or when my car bogs when i shift gears. could it be my springs? i am lowered on tein s-tech springs with stock shocks, when i first lowered it, it didnt make this sound. i just noticed it a couple of days ago. also when i drive and press the brakes, i hear no sound but as i release the brakes i hear a squeek, could it be that my brakes are wearing out or is it some other sh*t?

Funny you say this. Just two days ago my car started to squeak. But it's really only when I put my car in reverse and start to back up. When I am driving forward it doesnt squeak. But as soon as i back up it squeaks. And I don't even have to be on the gas, just letting my car roll backwards. I think its my suspension in the rear right. I need to get brakes too though. 56k miles and still going on the original pads.
