Could possibly be in a Street Prepared class such as ESP with the fast Camaros and Firebirds. You have to check if the car has any other mods which might break the rules. If a mod is not listed as allowed, IT IS NOT ALLOWED.
Does it have 4 seats? I don't think it does, so it probably can not be in Street Mod.
Perhaps you should look at the SCCA National Solo 2002 Rules book.

Street Modified or E-modified.
Go back to solid brake rotors (they will last longer and stop better) and you will be eligable for E-street prepared as well.
If the boost level and engine internals are stock, then ESP will be fine.
All of your mods are easily Street Mod legal.

The SCCA is actually considering a change to the brake rule in street prepared. It would allow drilled and slotted rotors that are OEM sized (no other brake upgrades allowed except for update-backdate). If that rule gets approved, then your car would be legal in ESP (where it would have a hard time competing against Americal muscle with bigger power...)

well i emailed SCCA...
From what you have described, your car could run in either ESP if you have
done nothing to alter the turbo system directly or Street Mod (SM) if you
have changed the turbo in any way.

Just for reference, there is now the Street Modified 2 class - basically its SM but for 2 seaters.
