I purchased my Tein SS-P's and EDFC from Titan Motorsports www.titanmotorsports.com. Ask for a salesman by the name of Bottle.

This is where I got mine... rxecret7 (http://www.rxecret7.com/teinoyoss.html).
I think shipping was $45 from CA to NJ and took one and a half weeks.
Some people say the SS-P's are too stiff for every day driving.
They have some decent prices on Tanabe if interested.
