Has anyone installed one??? It seems pretty straight forward, but if someone has done it on a GT-S and has documented it, I would love to see the install details. Also, I got the Autometer 5727 (electric) oil pressure gauge. Are the fittings provided gonna work or do I need another size? Thanks in advance.

Yes, please tell us how and where you hooked it up. I just got mine today and should be getting the pillar in about a week and a half.

This is it. The picture of the fiting is saposed to tell you the size, but you cant see it to well. It is a 1/8' BSP to 1/8" NPT adapter.

Any other questions, let me know.

By the way, you need a brass 'T' fiting. I have a 'block' fitting because of the oil temp sensor. DONT PUT IT THERE! It dosnt pick up the temp. I am relocating mine to the oil pan.

I'm assuming that the oil needs to be drained before doing this. Am I correct?

it would be a good idea.

No oil draining is necesary. But I do recomend doing it before you drive the car.

I get my stuff at ORME BROTHER'S a place in Reseca, CA. But, you can pick up the adapter at any shop that dose hydrolick or steel braded stuff. I know autometer sells the fitting you can porbably order one from Jegs os Summit too. Ass for the 't' fiting you can get that at any Autozone or hardwear store.

REMEMBER IT IS 1/8" NPT (national pipe thred)
