i went to the mall yesterday in my home town, and upon walking from my celica to the entrance, a kid approched me and told me that my celica sucked and i was a poser and just bought the car so i could make some friends, which i guess could be half true :violin: but anyways, i asked him what he drove and he pointed over to a 99 VW GOLF...i laughed. he then proceeded to tell me that he went out and bought this becuase he wanted to stand out in a crowd, and tune something that nobody tunes. so i asked him if he has ever looked in the back of a euro tuner mag in the readers rides section. he said "no, why" i said "BECAUSE EVERY ****ING CAR IS A M****R ****ING GOLF!!!" and its true, i hate how everyone who tunes a euro car thinks they are so high and mighty and above everyone else because euros are the freaking cats pajamas. which they arent.....i hate people....there is no real point to this except for the fact that i hate hypocrites....sorry for making people who read this 2 mins more stupid

he was a brat kid is all, and everyone has honda civics or something from japan around where i live and the kid was just an idiot, and i wouldnt call what i did debating. i would call it making a point, come to warren pa and see how ignorant people are, its a small community and everyone has opinions and like to express them

where is warren PA? i live outside of Reading (sh1t-hole city lol). thats how pretty much the whole city of reading is, a bunch of broke degenerates that cant afford a decent car b/c none of them work, so they ALL drive P.O.S. honda's and acura's. and all of them wanna tell me whats best for my car and what "they would do" if they had it. well guess what? your broke, your ideas may work with your 89 civic hatch (DX) but it doesnt fly too well with my car haha!

My friend has a yellow VW golf...it's pretty damn quick but I would rather have my celi anyday over it. Yeah it might be slower, but I love the way it looks. A guy in a Vette last night pulled up next to me and said my car looks hot. He said he figured a guy would be driving it...and was surprised when he saw a chick hehe. :) Just wait til I turbo it. Actually, I'm thinking about putting a whole new engine and rebuilding EVERYTHING. Just gut it all out if possible. I'm not sure what all I'd need to do - I need to put it all on paper and see what I need to buy.
