so...something happened, the two larger front sections of all that plastic junk ended up bending down and back and drug on the road. so i removed all four pieces and since i was doing this on the side of the road with no tools i ended up ripping the two sections on the right and left that go up higher and bolt to the wheel well. should i buy these (6?) pieces from a dealor and put them back on or is all this junk unneccessary? thanks.

Been there, done that (thanks to a stealership who forgot to re-secure the plastic clips).

It's not necessary.

yeah no need to . plus it'll cost a lot too. if you really want them though, just go to a junk yard and get em for cheap.

Well if you're going to get them, don't get it from a dealer.

I replaced mine when they did the same thing. Got them here.

They're supposed to have some sort of cooling/venting effect. I just wanted them because I live in the salt belt.

alright thanks guys, if i dont need them ill just pass on putting them on. what a PITA to take them off/on for changing oil and stuff.

one other thing real quick tho. that pic only shows 3 pieces, i thought there were two in the back making a total of 5?

Only 3 in the middle, and then the wheel well plastics. If you never want to worry about losing your underpanels again, you can do this:
