I have lost my torque spec sheet for my TRD coilovers and I am pretty sure that the top nut on the back struts needs retorqued, again so I am in need of the specs. Someone told me that it was like 21 foot lbs. or something, butsurely this is not the case. Can someone help? Thanks in advance!

LOL, trying to fix the awful noise I am getting from them in the back. I think it is just because the top nut wasn't torqued good enough. I had to use an air ratchet for those because my torque wrench broke, damn it. Well, at least it is a snap on so I get free replacement. Also, the specs I did find say 21 ft. lbs. but that seems awful low for that because the stock ones were supposed to be like 40+ something so I am lost.

20ft lbs is for the locknut and cup washer that goes on the shock. the top nuts(the ones that connect to the chasis) is 59ft lbs. i have the install manual. 14ft lbs is for the shock eye, where the bushings go. and its 103 ft lbs for connecting the shock to the lower mount of the suspension. you should just get something new, you have had the worst luck of anybody with these coilovers. mine ride on crappy nj roads, 40+ miles a day, and i have not had a single problem with them.
