Ok so I moved the battery terminals out of the way so the bar could fit, now two things are happening, the stock battery tie down the tread in the rear what do you do with it are you able to take it out, and the second thing, the APR battery down pushes the bar up so the plate will not screw down.

Any those who have them please help??

Try turning the battery tie down upside down.

I have no idea what you are talking about.

Pictures?

Most people have not been able to get the battery tie down that APR supplies with their strut bar, to work. There are a few lucky ones, like Blue Bomber but for the most part they do not seem to work for most of the Celicas out there. A lot of it depends on the size of the battery. Anyways the only thing I could do was hack up my stock battery tie down. I had to make it work. There is no way possible the one they supplied will work for my car, unless I get a smaller battery. Good luck and yeah post the pics they might help. By the way the rear threaded piece that goes with the stock tie down is not needed with the APR tie down. The strut bar itself holds down the back side of the battery tie down they supplied. If you get it to work then you are one of the lucky ones.

The tie down fit perfectly with my stock battery, but not at all with my replacement battery (too tall).
