Ok guys here is my setup for the next autocross I am competing in...I need your advice and what you think about it?
TRD lowering springs
Hothckis Sport Sway Bars
Stainless Steel Brake lines
2 degrees negative camber front
1.5 degrees negative camber back
Zero toe in front
1/16 toe in back
Kumho Supra ZR 712 steet tires
Front tire pressure 40-43psi
Back tire pressure 28-35psi (depends on how the car grips that day in the back)
What else would you recomend doing suspension wise that is not too expensive and would this be a good setup? I am a decent driver....not awesome like Schumacher but pretty good. Engine basically I/E combo. I like the handling of the car with just a little bit of understeer.

About the only thing left to do is add some shocks to the package, but that isn't cheap.
Not much else you can do. Everyone seems to like their strut/chassis braces, you could get a front one for cheap, and the TRD rear isn't that expensive.
Per $ the shocks will still be a better value vs performance gained.

I agree with Scott on the shocks.
With all those suspenion mods already I'd consider some adjustable upper control arms so you can get more neg camber in the rear. We can't futz with ours like that, so we are only using the outer 3/4 of our rear tires with the camber maxed.
The 712's are a decent street tire, but not the best for AX (prolly why you are understeering) I'd be considering some Azinis or maybe the new Hankooks if you didn't want to go/can't go into R compounds.

Charles-
I doubt he is at maxed camber in the rear, and my real world experiences have not shown the Celica to perform very well with more negative camber in the rear. I know your tire temps told you to do it, but my lack of spinning tells me that the car is better with less negative camber in the rear.

It's not just the temps, it's the wear pattern too, I'm not wearing the inside edge of the rears at all even with the camber maxed out.
Spins have not been a problem except when running on gravel. :D
I think there is still a lot more to be learned about alignment on this car. Meanwhile use what works and is comfortable for ya.

If he's autocrossing, the TRD rear brace is not legal for STS or DSP, I believe. 2point braces only, where the TRD brace is a 3 point unit.
I've been very happy with my NC.org bar (racinjason designed) 2point bar, removable in 5 minutes without taking off the mounting brackets.
I would say that the Tanabe rear lower brace is a waste of money, but the Cusco front lower brace was a good buy. I could feel a difference in the front end with it.

I think the camber is fine as it is. Right now there is debate on if you need more or less, so leave it there. Get a tire pyrometer and take tire temperatures.

I'm gonna have to go with the other guys and say shocks are going to be your friend. Your neg. camber is just fine. Leave it, and drive. You already play with the tire pressures, so stick with it. You may end up changing it to something you dont like, and have to try to compensate even more for it.
New shoes (tires) for the car will also give you a good edge and be able to push your car just that much further.

I agree with the shocks Konis or TRD shocks are probably the way to go. Konis will be about $550 for all four corners, don't know about TRD. Also, I think a lot of people reccomend 1/16 toe out for the fronts. I also agree about the tires... the 712s are a great deal for the $$$, but there are many tires that are better for AX (especially if you're not in STS ;) ).
