ok ok I need your technicall opion

i have am GTS auto
and i got AEM CAI and installed correctly with no problems
but CEL comes on i did reset ECU and checked all the valves VSV's and i think the only reason that CEL is coming on is because i have an AUTO
so hear me out what is CEL can i just leave it RUNNING ?
what do you guys think
cause i don't mine leaving it on as long as there is no damage to the car

Its on because your engine is running too rich. When you get a CEL, the ECU goes into "protect" mode to lean it out but letting you know there is a problem. You lose performance with the CEL on. The only way to get it off is to get an APEXi SAFC. Good Luck.

PS some people have messed with the MAF sensors (the sensor that plugs into the CAI) and gotten a better seal and the CEL went off. Try and play with that too.
