View Full Version : what kind of gas mileage do you get on a full tank of gas???

i think my car is a sports version echo.....when i went to go get gas yesterday i noticed that i drove 445 miles on a full tank...i filled up the tank and it went up to 12.5gallons....so thats 35.6 mpg....before i was lucky to get to get 350-360 range...really weird...

In my car I get about 250-350 with 1/4 left... But I do go into VVTL-i a lot...

I used to get about 33.5 mpg highway, and 25-29 mixed; back on the East coast, with 93 octane.

I'm barely getting 20 mixed and 25 highway out here in NorCal, with the Sh*tty 91 octane gas.

i think my car is broken......i have a gt.....i gun it alot i dont get 300mpg......i get 350-360 highway no ac.......whats wrong with my car!!............

nothins wrong with your car..you just rev it to like 5 before you shift so you eat alot of gas!!

I get about 320 miles from a full tank with mostly city driving.

i get 25-30 mpg in my gt. a friend of mine gets more. and we drive the same and basically have the same mods. i don't know why some get more mpg than others.

Me, manual GT 34mpg city. And I aint no granny either.

I used to get 34-35 mpg on a manual GT with mostly stop and go driving until I switched to 17" rims and then it dropped to 30-32 (400 milesish) :(

Jeez I go through gas like water! On average I have ~280 miles with three bananas left.

the best to this day i have ever got was 475 mi. to a tank and that was when the last bar had just went off the lcd screen

i normally get 375 miles per tank with about 1 bar left, city/highway mixed

I dunno about you guys...but I've gotten a total of 419 miles on a full tank on my GT. Waited til there were no more bars left to re-fuel. I have a 5-speed GT and I think the deciding factor was most of it was highway driving and I didn't go faster than 65mph.
