Can i use these with the stock springs? and will it do anything to the handling of the car? or is the stiffness up 2 the springs?

Sure you can use them with stock springs, but don't buy the TRD struts, get the KYB GR2's.
They are the exact same thing.
When you get the TRD's you are just paying more for the brand name, and if you look on the strut, it will say KYB GR2.
I would also assume that they are a little stiffer than stock.
Also, if you ever plan to buy springs in the future, you might as well install them when you install the struts to save time and/or money.

Yup, they're more than enough for the stock springs. They'll help keep the car a bit more level in the turns and on braking/acceleration. I'd save some $$$ and get KYB GR-2s instead, though, since all TRD does is rebadge them, mark them up, and sell them as their own struts.
