Brembo doesn't make drilled and slotted rotors. They only make drilled OR slotted rotors. Umm, also Brembo sport rotors are pre-coated gold so I don't know why they would need a "Free" zinc coating from this company.
So, these are either fakes or this person bought the cheap OEM Brembos and drilled/slotted them afterwards.
