Ya, just imagine. You wake up and go to work on a nice and clear sunny day. Everything is going good, and you are looking foward to coming home and maybe taking the "good" or rather "hooked up" car out that night. All of a sudden around mid-day you recieve a call from your g/f saying I think something might have fallen on your car.. . . .. . you THINK? NO B*TCH, a F-CK-N CAR FLEW OVER TREES AND CRASHED ON TOP OF MY CAR. dam. i would be pissed.

Ah, I remember it like it was yesterday...

one hurricaney saturday night in 1999, I got horribly sick. (still do not know what was wrong w/ me). Lots of pain, and I'd pass out whenever I stood up. Anyway, finally fell asleep to be awaken at 8:30AM by a friend knocking on the door to tell me a tree landed on my car. However, since I would pass out whenever I stood up, I could only crawl to the window to see what happened to my car. It looked as though I did a horrible job of parking in a bush. Anyway, since I was still sick, I had to go to the hospital. Long story short: In two completely unrelated events, my car was totaled and I was hospitalized. I think, perhaps I was having sympathy pains (subconsciously) for my car, and since it got eaten my a 100 year old oak tree, they were big pains. (I still have to scan& post the pics)

I'm glad the lady was okay and that you were unhurt. That part is cool. The rest pretty much sucks. At least the timing was good for you to turn that insurance settlement into a 4G.

If you could have gotten there sooner, you could have wormed your way into your smashed Tibby and started yelling for help (and how much your neck hurts).
