you can use Vinylex by lexol. I haven't used their Vinylex product, but the Lexol leather treatment is really good, and everyone seems to like the Vinylex.

Vinylex. If you want it more glossy then add a second or third coat.

best product, unless u want a shiny dash is meguiars natural shine. i think thats what its called at least. it comes in a red bottle. the only product i know of that doesn't give off a shine---good stuff
